Sweet Chilli Chicken Rolls

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium size fry pan. Once heated, add the onion, garlic and the green and red peppers. Stir fry for one minute.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and continue to stir for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then, add the sweet chili sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Finally, add fresh coriander, remove the pan off the stove and keep warm.
  5. Lightly warm your choice of Savante Wrap and place on a flat plate.
  6. Add ½ spoon full of stir fry chicken to one side of the wrap and then carefully roll the wrap, giving it a slight press to ensure the roll is in shape.
  7. Place the prepared wraps in a baking tray and brush it with the egg wash.
  8. Sprinkle the top of the wraps with parmesan cheese.
  9. Place the tray in the oven and bake for approximately 8-10 minutes (over 180degree celcius). Once baked, remove from oven and allow the wraps to cool for 5 minutes.
  10. Carefully slice the ends off and then slice the roll into approximately 4 to 5 even pieces. Serve!
