Spicy Lamb Fajitas

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium size fry pan. Once heated, add the onion, garlic and chili and stir fry for one minute.
  2. Add the sliced lamb and stir fry for approximately 3 minutes. Then, the sliced capsicum and stir fry for another minute.
  3. Follow up by adding tomato ketchup & soy sauce and stir well.
  4. Finally, add fresh coriander, remove the pan off the stove and keep warm.
  5. In a separate fry pan, lightly heat the savante wraps. Then, fold the wraps into quarters and place them in a plate.
  6. Divide the lamb stir fry to four parts and serve in lettuce cups. Place these cups neatly next to the wraps.
  7. Serve with your favorite salsa, avocado and sour cream.
