70g x 8 Beef Fillets/SirloinSlices, lightly marinted
120g Onion Jam
280g Coleslaw with Creamy
Mustard Dressing
Chopped Parsley, to garnish
Directions
Lightly heat each wrap and place on a flat board.
Divide the coleslaw evenly for 4 wraps. Spread the coleslaw on one half of the wrap.
Then, BBQ the beef fillets on high heat for approximately 5 minutes each side.
Once cooked, place one BBQ Beef Fillet over each coleslaw spread. Add approximately 30g of onion jam over the fillet. Finally, sprinkle over some chopped parsley.
