BBQ Steak Wrap

Directions

  1. Lightly heat each wrap and place on a flat board.
  2. Divide the coleslaw evenly for 4 wraps. Spread the coleslaw on one half of the wrap.
  3. Then, BBQ the beef fillets on high heat for approximately 5 minutes each side.
  4. Once cooked, place one BBQ Beef Fillet over each coleslaw spread. Add approximately 30g of onion jam over the fillet. Finally, sprinkle over some chopped parsley.
  5. Fold each wrap in half and then in half again.
  6. Serve!
