BBQ Lemon Chilli Chicken Tacos

Directions

  1. Lightly warm each wrap and hang each wrap over two bars of an oven rack.
  2. Then, place the wraps into the oven at 160 degrees celsius, for approximately 10 minutes until lightly brown and crispy. Once baked, remove from oven and allow the taco shells to cool.
  3. Simultaneously, BBQ the marinated chicken strips until cooked and keep warm.
  4. Then, take each taco shell and place some shredded lettuce in. Next, place some chicken strips and sliced avocados. Finally, add some tomato salsa over the sliced chicken and avocados.
  5. Garnish the filling with sour cream, followed by coriander leaves.
  6. Serve!
