Artichoke and Zuchinni Pizza

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. Place your choice of Savante Wrap on a pizza tray. Add the artichoke puree evenly over the base; approximately 5mm thick.
  3. Sprinkle the finely sliced red onion evenly over the base, followed by the crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Place the sliced zucchini rounds in a bowl, season with a little sea salt and drizzle with the olive oil.
  5. Carefully place the zucchini rounds over the artichoke puree slightly overlapping.
  6. Finally sprinkle the filling with parmesan cheese. Place the tray in the oven for approximately 10 minutes, or till the top of the pizza turns light golden brown.
  7. Slice the pizza into 8 pieces.
  8. Serve!
