Ham, Egg and Chives Pinwheels

Directions

  1. Lay the wraps on a flat surface. Place the egg mayonnaise and chives mixture over the wrap base evenly, approximately 5mm thick.
  2. Lay the ham slices evenly over the mixture. Then, lay the roquette leaves on one side of the wrap.
  3. Carefully roll the wrap tightly. Give the wrap a slight press to settle the flap side down.
  4. Finally, trim the edges of the wrap and then slice the wrap to approximately 4 even pieces. Serve!
