Tandoori Chicken Kebab

Directions

  1. Grill the marinated chicken over a BBQ grill or in an oven (for approximately 15 minutes or until cooked). Once cooked, place in a bowl and keep warm.
  2. In a frying pan, lightly warm your choice of Savante Wrap.
  3. Add the sliced lettuce over the wrap. Then, add onions, carrots and cucumber slices (as per individual preferences).
  4. Then, sprinkle a handful of chicken pieces to the wrap.
  5. Top up the wrap filling with approximately 50g of plain yoghurt.
  6. Finally, season lightly by sprinkling a pinch of salt to the tandoori wrap.
  7. Carefully roll the wrap tightly.
  8. Repeat steps one – seven with the remaining three wraps.
  9. Slice the prepared kebab wraps in half and arrange neatly on a serving platter, with a slice of lemon wedge and freshly picked coriander.
  10. Serve!
