Smoked Salmon Gateau

Directions

  1. Use a 10 inch sprig form Cake tin.
  2. Place one wrap flat inside the cake tin.
  3. Measure approximately 1/3 cup of the sour cream dip and spread evenly on the wrap.
  4. Next, place a layer of thinly sliced tomato over the sour cream, followed by thin layers of smoked salmon (over the tomato).
  5. Then, place a layer of cucumber over the salmon and sprinkle the top with chopped basil.
  6. Place another Savante wrap over the topping and repeat steps 3 – 5 another two times and then finishing off with a Savante wrap on the top.
  7. Place the Salmon Gateau in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  8. Once cooled, slice the Gateau into eight slices and serve with lemon on the side!
