Ingredients
4 Savante Wraps
2 cups Sour Cream or Cream Cheese Dip
4 medium Tomatoes, thinly sliced
2 cups Cucumber, thinly sliced
¼ cup Basil, finely chopped
Sea salt
Directions
Use a 10 inch sprig form Cake tin.
Place one wrap flat inside the cake tin.
Measure approximately 1/3 cup of the sour cream dip and spread evenly on the wrap.
Next, place a layer of thinly sliced tomato over the sour cream, followed by thin layers of smoked salmon (over the tomato).
Then, place a layer of cucumber over the salmon and sprinkle the top with chopped basil.
Place another Savante wrap over the topping and repeat steps 3 – 5 another two times and then finishing off with a Savante wrap on the top.
Place the Salmon Gateau in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Once cooled, slice the Gateau into eight slices and serve with lemon on the side!
