Pineapple and Lime Custard Tart

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
  2. Place your choice of Savante Wrap on a pizza tray. Top it off with the Pastry Cream and spread it evenly, approximately 5mm thick.
  3. Sprinkle the lime zest over the cream.
  4. Then, arrange the pineapple evenly around the tart. Sieve a little icing sugar over the filling.
  5. Place the Pizza tray in the oven for approximately 8 – 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and slice the tart evenly into eight slices.
  7. Serve with Vanilla Ice Cream.
