Lamb, Basil and Feta Quesadilla

Directions

  1. Place two Savante wraps flat in a baking tray, as a base.
  2. Evenly, spread the lamb bolognaise over the wraps. Then, evenly sprinkle the Feta Cheese over the lamb base, followed by Mozzarella Cheese.
  3. Sprinkle the basil leaves over the cheese and then place the remaining two wraps over the filling and gentle press the wraps down.
  4. Place the tray in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly brown and toasted.
  5. Remove from the oven and cut into triangular pieces. Serve!
