Chocolate Coconut Custard Rolls

Directions

  1. Lay your choice of Savante wraps on a flat board and slice each wrap into four equal quarters.
  2. Mix the toasted coconut into the custard.
  3. Then, take approximately a scoop of a dessert spoon of custard mix and spread it onto the wide end of the Savante wrap slice. Repeat the same with all the slices of wrap.
  4. Sprinkle some grated chocolate over the slices of wrap.
  5. Brush the tip of each quarter slice with a little of the egg wash, as this would help it stick when rolled. Next, roll each quarter tightly and press it down gently to keep it in place.
  6. Place all the rolls in the baking tray and bake in a moderate oven for approximately 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven once baked and allow to cook for two minutes.
  8. Sprinkle icing sugar on top of the wrap and Serve!
